Fund Raising

Fox Valley Cheesecake would like to thank you for considering us for your fund raising event.

How it works:

• You set up a contract with us.
• You take the orders for the cheesecakes.
• You give us a total count of cakes and flavors ordered.
• We will custom make the cheesecakes per order.
• We deliver the cakes to your organization.  (A fee may apply)

Once your organization is approved there is no minimum purchase, no commitment, and no pressure to sell a certain amount of cheesecakes.

About the cakes:

• Fox Valley Cheesecake offers three cake sizes for the fund raiser.
• The 9” cake weighs 4.5 pounds and retails for $26.50 – fund raiser price is only $17.00.
  They are available in one flavor.
• The 7” cake weighs 2.2 pounds and retails for $17.45 – fund raiser price is only $11.50.
  They are available in one flavor.
• The 6" variety pack contains four cakes and retails for $30.00– fund raiser price is only $20.00.
  Each cake can be a different flavor.
• Your organization can sell them for what ever price they decide reasonable.
• Fund raiser cheesecakes can have the logo of your organization put on them.
  There is an extra fee for this.

When you sign the contract we will set up a deadline date. This is when you quit selling the cakes and bring us your orders.

It takes us two weeks after we receive your orders to make the cakes. Therefore, it will be at least two weeks before delivery.

Delivery:

• We are happy to do fund raisers out of our delivery area, but an extra delivery fee will be added. Please contact us for more inforamtion.
• A $150.00 minimum order is required for free delivery to one location within our delivery area.
• Call us to verify that you are within our delivery area or to make other delivery arrangements.
• We can also ship each cake individually. There is an extra fee for this.
• Half the amount due is required at the time you place your order – the other half is due at the time of delivery.
